Hic et Nunc cartographies
Today's talk of "interspecies" design still quietly keeps the human at the center — deciding, designing, granting access, even when claiming to be just one species among others. What if we did the opposite: sealed off parts of the territory, refused ourselves entry, and let them go feral — no oversight, no management, no human eye at all?
Climatically safe pathways: not static points to take refuge in, but alternative routes that reward not only speed but the climatic wellbeing of the journey — a variable depending on time of day, season, and the person walking it.

This is the first walkography recorded with the WKd_01.01 device. It traces a familiar daily path: the walk from my home to the office.
Walkography is a construction that takes shape as its practical and experimental work advances. For that very reason, the texts and publications gathered here will certainly contain inconsistencies and explicit doubts — nothing other than the result of this continuous searching, erring, trying and recalibrating: the result, that is, of an open and transparent research process.
We are currently testing the WKd_01.01, a now near-stable version that has already made several dérives possible.

Walkography began as the need to develop an original methodology for personal observation of territory, starting from walking itself — the most ordinary and least examined of human acts.
